Step-by-Step Guide: Create Zoho Mail and Move All Your Emails

 How to Create a Zoho Mail Account (Step by Step)

  • Go to the Zoho Mail website

Open your browser and visit: https://www.zoho.com/mail/

  •  Select “Personal Email” 
On the signup page, you’ll see two options: Business Email and Personal Email.

  • Choose Personal Email (for your own use).



  • Enter Username, Password, Name & Phone Number and Click of on Sign Up for Free or Use Google or other websites to Login.

  •  After Succesfull creation of Account, go to Settings on the Right Side of the page.

  • Now select Mail Veiw Options and on the Right Side, Under Load External Images select Always, if you don't do that, Images won't load inside your emails, you will always have to click Display Images to show if you did not select Always option

      


  • If you want to Export some of your Emails from Gmail, for example i have Invoice e-mails in my Invoices and Warrantys folder of Gmail.

 

       

  • Select a Email inside you G-Mail account


  • Inside the email, Click on the Three Dots to the right side and click Downlaod Message



     
  • Place the Download eml file somewhere on your Computer




    
  • Open Zohomail in browser, Inside the settings, go to Import/Export Emails, on the right side, Select Import from Eml and Select Browse from Eml or Zip file, Select you eml file you downloaded ans saved on you Disk, it will take few seconds to load it properly into your selected folder so don't panic, lol

  • I have imported my Emails from Gmail into my Invoices and Warrantys folder i created in Zohomail successfully.


  • IMPORTANT!  if you have logged in using your Google account, GoTo the Right side of your Zohomail account and click on your Profile image and Select My Account


     

  • Hover on you zohomail account and click on Set as Primary Address.






         That's it. you have succesfully created your Zohomail account 😊
